"Goldenrod Hill" Greeting Card

This is a white A6 card with a print of my painting, "Goldenrod Hill", on the front. All cards come with my logo on the back and sealed in a clear plastic sleeve with a matching envelope.

Acrylic gouache on wood panel, 8"x10", 2024

I had a specific vision for a wildflower painting: a mix of blooms ascending a hill, backlit and breezy-looking. To paint this, I used a limited palette of yellow ochre, quinacridone magenta, viridian green and titanium white, all in my newest medium of acrylic gouache. I started with a reference image and eventually diverged to trust my own creative instincts, and I am so proud of the result!
