Shipping policy

I'm one person with a full-time day job, and I make every effort to ship goods as quickly as possible. If you need your order shipped within a certain time frame, please contact me immediately upon order placement at jackiehansonart@gmail.com. 

Orders for small items (mainly stickers, cards, or eraser prints) that fit in a standard letter envelope will be shipped without tracking using a postage stamp, up to 2 oz. of product. This saves both of us money and helps keep costs down for these items. If you require tracking for a small object, contact me immediately upon checkout. Upgraded postage will require an extra charge.

I make every effort to ship as safely as possible, but unfortunately accidents happen. If you find your artwork is damaged upon arrival, please contact me to seek a resolution to the issue. If local pickup (near Belmont, NH) is possible, please contact me to arrange. I find handing over artwork to a third party invites higher risk for damage, so pickup/delivery is preferred whenever possible. 

Unless otherwise specified, I ship USPS. Please contact me if you require a different carrier and be prepared to pay higher shipping rates due to the cost increase by private carriers. 

I try to keep shipping costs free, low or reasonable whenever possible. If shipment comes to be significantly more than accounted for, I reserve the right to contact you to ask for the difference in shipping. At this point, either I, Jackie Hanson, or you, the customer who placed an order, may cancel the order if shipment is deemed too costly.
