Refund policy

Refunds, returns, exchanges or replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me directly at jackiehansonart@gmail.com and I will do whatever possible to ensure you have a positive customer experience within reason. 

Any issues caused due to customer error (including but not limited to incorrect address entry, damage after delivery acceptance, or non-archival display methods leading to deterioration of artwork) will have fewer cases where there is possible resolution on my end.

Please understand I am one individual and resolving issues will often come out of my own pocket. I want to do what is right and I hope you do right by me as well.
