8x10 size includes a thin white border on the side edges due to size difference between print and original. 5x7 is full bleed.

From the series “Human / Nature”

My childhood often serves as inspiration, but this painting uses it as content directly by using my mother's photograph as reference. Her image, titled "Cliffs at White Head, Monhegan Island, Maine" hangs in the house to this day, at minimum ten years later. I love this view of striking blue water, swirling with the tide, meeting textured Maine rocks and the pines not far behind. To give this piece my own touch, I added a human element: a woman and her dog, tiny and distant, exploring the shore.
