This painting was created in November 2024 as part of my Chicken People Club on Patreon. With winter approaching and card-giving holidays coming too, I wanted to make a painting that would provide my members with a useful winter card. I enjoyed capturing the subtleties of the reflected light on the chicken's feathers and exploring the colors in a field of snow. 

This painting is sealed with varnish and currently unframed. She will fit best in a frame measuring 8"x10" inside, a commonly available size most places frames are sold. Acrylic paintings on canvas, including this one, do not need to be behind glass.
